Next Sunday, May 18 at 7:30 PM, the Chamber Hall of Baluarte will host Impressions, the new creation by choreographer and co-director of La Faktoria Choreographic Center, Marta Coronado. This piece was developed at La Faktoria Choreographic Center with the students from the 7th generation training group, who contributed their talent and artistic sensitivity to the project.

Impressions is a contemporary dance piece that invites the audience to experience the world through a sensory lens, evoking the ever-changing yet deeply resonant impressions left by the passage of time. Inspired by the aesthetics of Impressionism and featuring music by Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel, the work reflects on how the marks people leave on us endure beyond time, becoming deeply etched in our souls.

On stage, 19 international performers from Belgium, France, Italy, Brazil, Chile, and Spain will bring to life this collective piece born out of encounter, research, and shared energy. Choreographic assistance is provided by Clarissa Costagliola.
