The “YOUR OWN GOD” Improvisation Workshop will unfold at La Faktoria Choreographic Center next March. While teaching at the International training program, Sánchez Ruíz will take the time to share her artistry through a weekend workshop. The intensive workshop is aimed at all levels of experience and it intends an opportunity for engagement with La Faktoria’s practices to its local community of dancers.
“You are your own god, you determine how far your practice goes, you explore the conditions of your learning process to the level you can or cannot. It is your will, instinct, and imagination the main character of your success! “Allowing new discoveries to be part of your way of organizing and coordinating your multi complex mind and body.” JSR
The workshop will take place Saturday, March 28th (10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00) and Sunday, March 29th (10:00 – 14:00), consisting of a total of 10 hours.
