AUDITIONS FOR THE PROGRAMS 2026 2027
VIDEO AUDITIONS
If you’re unable to attend an in-person audition, you’re welcome to apply through a video audition.
The video audition helps us get a sense of your technical level, artistic potential, physical awareness, and motivation for professional dance training. Please note that submitting a video audition does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are carefully reviewed by our artistic team.
What to Include in Your Video
Your audition video should include the following sections:
- Technique Class ExcerptContemporary (including floor work) 2–3 minutes
- ImprovisationA short improvisation focusing on movement quality, musicality, and presence 1–2 minutes
- If you are aplaying for the Creators program: Solo Performance or group piece made by you1–2 minutes
- Motivation StatementA brief spoken introduction including your name, age, background, and why you’re applying to the program Approx 2 minutes
Technical Guidelines
- Your full body should be visible at all times
- Wear neutral clothing that clearly shows your movement
- Make sure the video has good lighting and clear sound
- Submit your video as a private online link (Vimeo, YouTube, or similar)

- TRAINING PROGRAMME
For dancers developing strong professional and creative foundations
The Training Programme is aimed at participants 18 years and over who wish to dedicate themselves to becoming professional dancers. Participants build a solid technical base through work with international teachers, while simultaneously expanding their creative universe. The programme supports the development of physical, artistic, and interpretative skills, preparing participants for professional life as dancers and movers.
- CREATORS PROGRAMME
For artists deepening their choreographic vision and personal language
The Creators Programme is aimed at participants 18 years and over who wish to become movers and dance-makers. This programme provides the space, time, and infrastructure necessary to develop diverse choreographic profiles. Through guided research, reflection, and questioning, participants develop the technical and conceptual tools needed to discover their own artistic language and creative path.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Programme Duration: 37 weeks
- Start: 5 October 2026
- End: 18 June 2027
Holiday Periods:
- 2,5 weeks – December 2026
- 1 week – February 2027
- 2 weeks – Spring 2027
Daily schedule:
- 09:30 – 11:00: Technical classes: Ballet, Contemporary Technique, Yoga, Body Weather
- 11:15 – 17:15: Workshops, labs, and creative sessions with guest artists
- 17:30 – 21:00: Open studio time for personal creation, research, and collaboration
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
- GUEST WEEKS
Intensive weeks with international artists combining technique, improvisation, and creative research.
- MONOGRAPHIC LAB WEEKS
Two week laboratories led by renowned choreographers, allowing deep exploration of artistic approaches and professional networking.
- CONNECTED CREATIVE WEEKS
Time dedicated to personal research and collaborative experimentation.
Creators Programme. Each participant may create:
- Small format:Solo or duo
- Big format:Group creation (collective or directed)
Artistic coaching is overseen by La Faktoria’s directors and David Perez.
Final creations are presented in June 2027.
- VIDEO DANCE PROJECT
Creation of a short dance film, exploring the translation of movement into cinematic language. These works are presented within the framework of the Zinetika Festival at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and the Trueba Cinemas in San Sebastián.
- TRAINING PROGRAMME –FINAL WORKS
- One stage performance in a professional theatre setting
- One site-specific creation in a non-scenic space
This structure ensures that technical mastery, creative research, and professional preparation coexist daily.

La Faktoria CC does not offer scholarships. Participants are encouraged to apply for regional, national, or private funding. It is an educational center authorized by the Government of Navarra, a status required by some European scholarship programs.
PAYMENT DEADLINES
- 22 May 2026: Registration Fee (€1,500 – non-refundable)
- One instalment: €5,000 by 24 July 2026

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
HOUSING IN PAMPLONA
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation.
La Faktoria facilitates contact among participants to share apartments.
- Estimated monthly cost: 400€ – 450€per room
EVALUATION & CONTINUITY
An evaluation takes place during February/March.
Participants may remain at La Faktoria CC for up to three consecutive programmes, depending on artistic development and evaluation.
CERTIFICATION & LANGUAGE
Participants receive an Attendance Certificate signed by La Faktoria CC.
All classes and workshops are conducted in English.
Recommended English level: B1
