MARTA CORONADO

Marta Coronado studied dance at the Official Dance School of the Government of Navarra and worked with José Lainez’s company, Yauzkari. After completing her training at P.A.R.T.S., she joined Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s Rosas company in 1998, participating in numerous productions until 2019.

In 2002, she received the BESSIE Award for Best Performer. Since 2008, she has co-directed Rosas’ repertoire at P.A.R.T.S. From 2011 to 2017, she was the rehearsal director at the Opéra de Lyon and the Opéra de Paris for Rosas’ repertoire pieces.

As an educator, she has taught at institutions such as P.A.R.T.S., Amsterdam Theatre School, Impulstanz Vienna, Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, the National Ballet of Marseille, and Rosas. Her choreographic career began in 2009, creating works for La Salle Singapore, Fueradeleje, and Dantzaz Konpainia. In 2011, she co-created House of Bertha, and in 2013 she participated in PhD in One Night. She has worked at La Monnaie Opera and was a choreographic assistant for West Side Story on Broadway.

In 2019, she choreographed Orfeo y Majnun and El Silencio de las Flores. In 2021, she premiered Nebula, in 2022 Noche Barroca and Voices.
Co-founder and co-director of La Faktoria Choreographic Center in Pamplona, she combines teaching and creation. She also directs the TRY program for young dancers in Lucca, Italy, and serves as a board member of the Navarra Council of Culture as a dance expert.

LAIDA ALDAZ

She trained at the Official Dance School of the Government of Navarre and at P.A.R.T.S., with scholarships from the Government of Navarre and the European Community. She collaborates with various choreographers and teaches at festivals and international schools.

A multidisciplinary artist, she creates, directs and produces works such as the film The Room, which won awards at the Light Dance Festival (CA) and Dance Camera North Minneapolis (USA), among others, as well as the show In Perspective, presented in renowned venues such as the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, the Institute of Architecture of the Basque Country and many other emblematic places.

In 2023, she received the prestigious Leonardo Scholarship for research and creation from the BBVA Foundation. She is the founder and director of El Trastero Creativo and Zinetika Festival.

VIRGINIA LAHORTIGA

Graduated in Commerce and Marketing (administrative branch) from Instituto Cuatro Vientos in Pamplona. She holds various professional qualifications for companies, including advanced labor and tax accounting from the Marketing Club.

She worked for several years in the offices of Loxin 2000, where she carried out various duties for the well-known aeronautics company Airbus. Over the following 13 years, she changed her professional field to develop her skills as a commercial manager of industrial supplies, focusing on the operations of companies within the sector and supporting their growth in the territory of Navarra.

In addition to being passionate about contemporary dance and ballet since childhood, she is also a certified Pilates instructor.
